Norgen Biotek Corp RNase-Free DNase I Kit, 200 Reactions
Norgen's RNA purification kits isolate total RNA with minimal amounts of genomic DNA contamination. However, for some sensitive downstream applications, it may be desirable to remove all traces of residual DNA. Norgen's RNase-free DNAse I Kit, with Enzyme Incubation Buffer, can be used for optional on-column DNase digestion with any of Norgen's RNA purification kits. Alternatively, after isolating total RNA using one of Norgen's RNA purification kits, the RNA elution can be treated with this DNase I. The RNA can then be purified from the DNase using Norgen's RNA Clean-Up and Concentration Kit (Cat# 23600), and the RNA can then be used in downstream applications.
Zyagen Labs Rat lung total RNA is a high pure intact total RNA isolated from freshly harvested normal healthy Sprague Dawley RAT LUNG tissues, treated with DNase and dissolved in water. RNA is ready for immediate use in any downstream application.
Zyagen Total RNA is routinely extracted from freshly harvested normal healthy tissues of single donor using classical guanidine isothiocyanate–phenol:chloroform extraction method which allows the rapid isolation of total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase to remove residual DNA, precisely quantified, and stored at -80oC. The integrity of each RNA sample as indicated by intact ribosomal RNA is verified by denatured agarose gel electrophoresis. The purity of RNA is assessed by NanoDrop (A260/A280: 1.9-2.1). Residual DNA contamination is tested by PCR. RNA is ideal for Northern blotting, ribonuclease protection assay, SI nuclease assay, RT-PCR/Q-PCR/RACE analysis, cDNA synthesis, RNA differential display, microRNA studies, and purification of mRNA for library construction. Total RNA sample is provided in RNase-free water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml and shipped on dry ice.
Norgen Biotek Corp Total RNA Purification 96-Well Kit
This 96-well kit provides a rapid method for the high-throughput isolation and purification of total RNA in 30 minutes using vacuum manifold, plate centrifuge or liquid handlers with vacuum capabilities. Total RNA can be isolated from a broad range of sample sources including cultured cells, tissues, blood, serum, plasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, and viruses. The eluted RNA is consistent from well-to-well with high quality and purity, with excellent RIN values and A260/A280, and is suitable for downstream applications including qRT-PCR, RT-PCR, microarrays, NGS and more. The kit purifies all sizes of RNA from large mRNA, lncRNA down to microRNA (miRNA) in the same fraction without the requirement of phenol. Isolate all RNA sequences at an equal rate irrespective of size. Moreover, when the RNA sequences are small (e.g. miRNA), the column binds small RNAs regardless of their GC content.

MemBrite™ Fix Cell Surface Staining Kits are designed for covalently staining the surface of live cells to conveniently visualize cell boundaries in immunofluorescence experiments. MemBrite™ Fix are new covalent cell surface stains that react irreversibly with cell surface proteins for staining that can withstand formaldehyde or alcohol fixation, and detergent permeabilization. Unlike lectins such as WGA, which bind specific targets that may vary between cell types, MemBrite™ Fix dyes react widely with cell surface proteins. MemBrite™ Fix staining is rapid and non-toxic to cells, and because MemBrite™ Fix dyes are highly water soluble, they stain cells much more evenly than traditional lipophilic membrane dyes like DiO, DiI, PKH, Vybrant, or CellMask™. This kit has reagents sufficient for 500 labeling reactions. The kit contains 5 vials of MemBrite™ Fix 405/430. Each vial is sufficient for 20 uL of 1000X dye after DMSO reconstitution.

Norgen’s Plant/Fungi Total RNA Purification Kit provides a rapid method for the isolation and purification of total RNA, including virus and viroid RNA, from a wide range of plants.
